I was merely trying to make a point that many 'native only' products get left by the wayside too, using examples that I have specifically owned.I share exactly the same point. I dont condone the use, and i dont use any myself, but if Waves decided they were going to up and vanish after all of the money ive given them, at least there is SOME retribution to be had.
No it wont keep you current, but when the software company decides it wants to take your money and run, you arent left with zero, if you decide to go that route.
